About Me

I have lived and ridden in Kansas City my entire life and I dig it.
I work in a bike shop and ride bikes when i am not working...kinda a bike nerd...I know, but it is what it is.
I started this "profile" for a couple of reasons.
1 I have a computer (blessing or curse?)
2. In September 2005 while riding my bike one night I bounced myself off the front bumber of a car...hard.
I spent the next month in the hospital, some time in a coma, and lost the vision in one of my eyes (can you guess which one?)
A bunch of friends raised some money to help me out with my medical expenses, which is great because a month stay in the hospital isn't cheap.
I started thinking about doing a blog right after I got out to give me a space to vent and a place to keep friends here and there up on zeke. Then I found Myspace, blogspot, Buzznet, and...well you get it.
